2021 Junior Open
We ask that each participant arrive at the golf course at least 1/2 hour before their scheduled tee time. The registration table will be located at the side of the club house under the tent. Each participant needs to check in to receive their tournament scorecard, rules sheets & a special gift bag. Each participant is responsible for making sure they arrive at their respective tee 10 minutes before they are scheduled to tee off.
Cancellation: All weather related decisions will be made by 6:00AM on Wednesday morning. We will send out a email with information regarding the cancellation.
Carts: Gas Golf Carts will NOT be available to any children who are playing in the tournament. We do allow pull carts and caddies. Grandparents and friends are welcome to rent a spectator cart.
Tee Times: Please make sure you know what time you are scheduled to tee off. All of the tee times for the flights are included in this email. If you have any questions please call the golf shops at 207-839-3490.
Caddies: All players are welcome to have a caddie. All caddies should be familiar with the rules of golf and are expected to be polite to fellow competitors. Parents/Guardians must accompany their child in the C Flight.
Lunch: We will begin serving Box Lunches at 12:00PM. The lunch fee is included in your $20.00 registration fee. Participants are welcome to bring one complimentary guest. The guest fee for lunch is $9.00 per person.
Awards: We will be awarding medals for the winners & runners up in each flight for both boys & girls. The Gorham Junior Open Champion will be the lowest score from the Championship and A Flights. The awards ceremony for each flight will be 15 minutes after the last group in that flight has turned in their scorecards.
Things To Remember! Sun block, bottled water & bug spray.
